As part of the Project held in Beşiktaş on April 14-21, 2019, funded by the European Union, a delegation comprising of some education specialists working for various non-governmental organizations in England visited the centers of the Beşiktaş Municipality. Viewing the studies and works performed at our cultural and service centers, the members of the delegation also took part in the workshops practiced there.       

Joining many classes including Candle Making, Soap Making, Modern Dance, Glass Painting, Pastry at the art and handcraft courses organized in cooperation between the Beşiktaş Municipality and the Beşiktaş Public Education Center, the participants will be transferring the experiences they gained at the application workshops of the Beşiktaş Municipality to the minorities in England who settled there via migration.

The Beşiktaş Mayor Mr. Rıza Akpolat also gathered with the group and had a conversation. The Project Coordinator Mr. Abdul Qadir extended their thanks to Mr. Mayor for hosting the Project and all the support of the Beşiktaş Municipality.
